Transportation of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 week after receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is COLISSIMO with tracking number and signature. Whichever shipment choice, we will provide you with a link that allows you to track the online delivery of your package. Besides, we are also working with the following carriers as UPS, So COLISSIMO, and FEDEX.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. Shipping fees will be indicated during the ordering process. Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to various fees and taxes, including customs fees and import VAT. For deliveries in Export Areas (outside the European Union), customs fees and taxes are the only responsibility of the contracting customer.  Customs fees and taxes are depending on the export destination and must be paid by the contracting customer.

We deliver Worldwide within less than 7 open days with COLISSIMO and within 72 hours open days with the following carriers (UPS and FEDEX). When products are not available in our stock, delivery times are less than 15 working days depending on the manufacturer and the quantities ordered (excepted our inventory time periods when no departure and no arrival of goods). Packages paid orders are shipped from Monday to Friday during our business hours with UPS and FEDEX. For deliveries shipments though SO COLISSIMO and COLISSIMO, they are shipped from Monday to Saturday before noon.

They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you must pay the shipping costs for each. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile parcels ...
